If you anticipate being a regular contributor to the neighborhood calendar, we might give you direct posting privileges. Just ask.
GUIDELINES for events on the neighborhood calendar:
- Events sponsored by non-profit organizations based in the neighborhood or its fringes
- Events held by non-profit organizations in the neighborhood or on its fringes
- Special events sponsored by commercial establishments in the neighborhood or its fringes. Businesses are encouraged to adopt the ethic of “doing well while doing good” and seek partnerships with community groups and individuals that will benefit the neighborhood as a whole
- Major community events within “walking distance” of the neighborhood
- Government meetings that impact the neighborhood
- Anything else that the Board determines fits within the purposes of the LSNA as described in the bylaws
